They mess up the order almost every time but today was especially bad. Gave me 3 scoops of ice in a drink that was supposed to be light ice. Gave me even more ice than that in a drink that was supposed to be NO ice, only gave 1 straw and this is how empty the fries were when we received them. I love Wendy’s but I wish this place would do better :/

Great customer service. The old man who was greeting everyone and helping with their food was a delight. More places need his service skills! The $5 biggest bag is always a great deal. The store was clean and a friendly environment. Plenty of seating.

Very friendly staffed! Received my order in no time at all. Very clean and tidy inside the restaurant as well as outside. Love this place! Super kid friendly which is a big bonus because I take my kids everywhere I go.

Best Wendy's I have been to in the TN/KY area. Get service, with the nicest guy servicing the dining area. He was thoughtful and attentive to all the customer's needs. The food was really good too.

I paid for extra cheese and bacon on my baked potato but I literally had a dry potato with a little bit of cheese under the potato. I had to get back to work so I couldn't go back to Wendy's. It seems the food is only correct when Miss Linnie is working.

Normally don’t write reviews but after paying $25 for 2 combos and a bowl of chili I was foolishly thinking that asking for a “frozen”frosty , fries with NO salt , and cheese for the chili was a normal request but obviously not. I will not consider Wendy’s in middlesboro ky when I want to pick up a quick meal ever again !!!!!

App says inside is open for dine in or carryout... It is not. Instead you're forced to sit through the slowest drive though in town. I mean really? Are you still using the covid excuse? Every other restaurant in town is open inside. Totally ridiculous.

The lobby man is amazing .. he’s name is Walter he’s 89 yrs old and such a blessing .. I will come back again the food and him made my experience so pleasant. Good job wendys .
