Wow they don’t need any help here! Good news. Thank you health care heroes. Great place for speedy service and hot yummy food. Get back in line. Promote it on the go. My order is on time and no cars were harmed in the delivery of this order. Wish all foreign and domestic drivers were as courteous as yours. All the time. I like maybe 3 ppl coffee pasta & pizza. Coupons keep us coming back. Happy new year. Fight blight. Pay bills.

I usually only order delivery when I really don’t feel like getting papa Murphy’s. The last few times I have ordered here the food has been over cooked. It is not good at all. My 7 year old told me that it did not taste good but he was so hungry he was going to eat it. I told him to stop and made him a sandwich. The dessert was over cooked and not gooey. I was so bummed out. This was a Thursday night.

I didn’t order food tonight but my car broke down like right in front of their store and two of heir employees came out and helped push my car to safety in their parking lot and a third employee came out to make sure we were okay after 15 minutes too. I really appreciate those two men and the woman who checked on us, it was really Heartwarming.

You would think in a town as small as Middleburg FL with 2 other national pizza chains, customer service would be priority number 1. Definitely did not have the A team working Sunday 7:30 pm, I’d tell you the young mans name that didn’t try to help me but he said they’re not allowed to give that out. I asked him to have the manager give me a call but I’m not surprised that I haven’t received one. I figure either the note went in the garbage or the manager doesn’t care. Either way I find it funny when I searched for their number Siri didn’t recommend them because they had 2 stars on Yelp.

Thanks for the credit for something I already paid for, drove to get and waited over 30minutes after my initial wait. Glad to know that bc u don't have kids or take your job seriously Mr Steven or whatever your name was... I appreciate the 13 dollars you returned for your mess up literally. Mr you made the pizza. That makes it even worse! Glad to know that after 10 years of ordering pizza almost every week and spending thousands of my own money you feel the way you feel and think bc u don't have kids and are under staffed its ok for you to treat the ppl that pay your paycheck like that!! I. Sure pizza hut or little chasers or whatever other pizza place will kindly take my money!

This place is ran like complete trash. I walked in for a carry out order was quoted 30 minutes wait time. Already that seems like a very long wait time for a carry out order. 48 minutes later after sitting in the lobby I hear someone say hey let’s start the guys order in the lobby 48 minutes later. This place is a joke don’t waste your time because the staff in there will disrespects you because you’re tired of waiting an hour in the lobby

Horrible experience at the pu window. Ignored for over 10 min. When worker came to give me my order he was VERY arrogant like I was bothering him. Will not be back! There are 3 other pizza places in town but they act like they can be rude because you have no choice. Apparently poor management. Definitely poor customer service.
