The Cabin

Great local spot. Staff, including owner John, were extremely friendly. Everything we had was a) tasty b) generous portion and c) good value. My daughter had fresh fried scallops that were excellent. I had a buffalo chicken pizza and took some home to have for lunch the next day. Definitely plan to go back the next time I'm in town.

We went to The Cabin on a busy Saturday night. We were told it would be a 1hr wait time but the host pointed out that there were people leaving soon at the bar so we could sit there. We ended up getting seated at the bar within 10 mins. The bartender (Colin) was working his tail off and gave us the best service despite being super busy. We ordered Onion Rings for an appetizer & they were great. For dinner we ordered Buffalo Chicken Wrap & Loaded Nachos, both were great although we were full halfway thru. We got Chocolate Mousse cake for dessert which was very nice. It was a great atmosphere & Colin the bartender made our dinner memorable! Highly encourage people to go to this wonderful restaurant

Our party of seven was greeted warmly and promptly upon arrival. Food and drinks were outstanding with the staff taking special care of our members with food allergies. Our Dad celebrated his 93rd birthday and they really made his day. Service was fantastic, a great experience! Keep up the great work!

First time dining here in over 35 years. The owner greeted us, sat us and conversed with us. The service was impeccable. The food we had was a pizza and calamari with scallops plate. I have never had better seafood meal. It was such a delight that I used no tarter sauce for the first time in my life. The seafood melted like butter in my mouth. The pizza was a hit with my husband. He saved me a piece so I could comment. I was impressed. It was very delicious. I can't wait to go back!! It will be hard to try anything different than what I had, but, I will try. Thank you John!

First of all, the staff are great: great service, friendly, patient! The food that I had - my first time dining here - was average. Their NE clam chowder had more than enough clams, potatoes, creamy-ness. But the seasoning was a bit off. As my main, I had their steamed mussels in a garlic butter broth appetizer. The portion was generous, the mussels were local. But the broth was bland. I want to give it another try. If necessary, I'll update this review.

I walk in and out greeted by a very nice woman. She says you look hungry. Yes, she was right. I was hungry and tired and needed to be somewhere that felt like home. It was wonderful. Everyone was friendly! Food was well prepared. I loved it. If you want some delicious food and a great atmosphere. Stop here!
