I’ve Tried And Tried With This CFA But I’ve Found Hair In My Food Way Too Many Times. Once Wrapped Inside My Breakfast Burrito, My Daughter Found An Eyelash Extension In Her Fruit And I Just Found A Piece Of Hair In My Salad. And On Top Of That I Always Have The Worse Customer Service When I Go Through The Drive Thru.

First time visiting this location The staff was very efficient and the order was filled correctly. Choose to eat in with young companion. Staff offered child's placemat as well as drink refills. The dining areas were clean and actively being attended. Appeared that the drive through was moving efficiently as we were seated near the window. The leadership of this group has the talent to motivate high standards of staff. Great job! Thank you

They really need help in the morning. I like to stop in the morning for breakfast. It is hit or miss if you get hot good food or cold nasty food. Today was the worst.... the hash rounds tasted like they had been sitting for hours and the bacon egg cheese muffin was inedible. It was hard and ice cold.... the eggs were cold, the cheese was unmelted and cold plus the muffin was not only ice cold but hard as a rock. I think it will be a while before I try to frequent here again. I will just go the long way and go to a different chickfila.

Stopped by the drive thru on the way to work and ordered a cookie parfait. Get to work mouth watering and NOT ONE PIECE OF FRUIT was in my parfait…just yogurt and cookie crumbles. I called to inquire if the parfait was supposed to have fruit in it (although I knew it was) and the lady asks if I can come back. Ummm NOOO!!! I’m at work 30 mins away. Not only do you need to check your bag before pulling off you may have to actually open up your food and eat some to make sure your order is correct!

Bad customer service, they all rushing to close and forgot ALL 3 of my sides. They also forgot 1 one my drinks and the food was not even hot, i contacted the manager to see if i could get MY FULL ORDER HOT and she insisted that i come tomorrow after i told her i then already spent $38 and would like my food now…

We visited this Chick Fil A while traveling through the area. The food was especially delicious and hot/fresh. It's hard to say it is any better than any other Chick FIL A, but it may have been. I highly recommend this restaurant as it was clean, well run and the service was great.

Very disappointed that their were staff members in the drive thru ready to take your order without allowing us look at a menu. How are you supposed to know about any special menu item? And if that is due to covid, just let your staff hold the menu for us to see. No brainer. And to make matters worse, an item was left off our order at pick up. So we drove up to the outside team members who told that we had to go into the store to get it. Really?? What is the purpose of a drive thru if I had to park and get out of my car. And the staff member was so snarky with her "my pleasure" when I said thanks. Having me come into the store after you made an error is not covid friendly. Very disappointed.
