Coffman's Snack Bar

Ate here with my father earlier this week. He loved it Came here Saturday with him again. No one would answer the phone. From 1:00 on. Called called no one. We wasn’t far came here to place a order after ordering I realized the help didn’t seem like they cared. Who would of knew a cheese burger could taste so different by a different cook. Not to mention finger prints in my bun Thanks Again earlier this week was amazing!!!!! Saturday who ever was on girl cooking cheese burgers at 1/1:20 terrible

The girls are very sweet and extremely fast they work hard there's a lot of gossip local gossip they have a very limited menu food is pretty good and like all businesses they have one they can get rid of but for some reason keep her around she hasn't been there long but the other waitresses on a scale 1 to 10 are tens

I visit coffman’s a lot. The employees are usually nice , especially the younger girls their customer service rocks!!! The lady cook who has a short cut completely ruined the love i had for coffman’s and their service’s. I came in this morning with intentions on trying something new because i always get the same breakfast sandwich. i got a chili hot dog which was covered in a light brown chili sauce that just didn’t look appealing. I respectfully came in and told the ladies it just didn’t look appetizing and before i could even suggest trying something else the lady goes to argue with me and tells me there’s nothing she can do for me because that’s how their hot dogs look and it’s what i asked for. I didn’t want to match her energy so i left the hot dog and didn’t get a refund for the food i paid for. After i left i called the store to get Stephanie Coffman’s ( who they said was the owner) contact information because the employees didn’t want to talk they wanted to argue. the lady then gets loud and rude over the phone. As i pull back up to coffman’s i walk in and the two employees are talking about me and the incident as i walk in. I tell them i would like to get breakfast and i will pay the difference. the cook with the short hair and headband around her head came to me yelling. “THE OWNER WILL BE HERE LATER” really raising her voice which then lead to an argument which an elder women that was trying to enjoy her breakfast joined in and got some too. The cook was trying to be intimidating and even stepped closer to my face from the counter. It is ridiculously unacceptable to treat loyal and local customers that like spending money with you. Wether you are a big restaurant or a family snack bar without customer service you have bad business. I would like to continue to feel comfortable to purchase from coffman’s.
