General tsos was crispy and fresh and delicious, crab Rangoon and Shanghai spring rolls were probably the best I've had (lots of places don't cook them right), scallion pancakes were super hot and fresh delicious also. But the beef fried rice wasn't great, beef was grey, unappetizing. I'm giving it 5 stars total because everything else was amazing and it overpowers the bad rice. Best Chinese restaurant in Suffolk county!
Great chinese food. Not to salty not to greasy had flavor. The staff are evey friendly and the place was clean.

I needed to find a close-to-home chinese take out (Got tired of traveling 25 minutes round-trip) and I heard from neighbors that Uncle Ray won't disappoint. They were right! I had the steamed Gen Tso chicken with chicken lo mein. It was a bit more spicy than I'd like but it was delicious. Their cheese wontons are so crispy too! The teriyaki beef sticks were tender and just the right amount of teriyaki flavor.

Seriously, the best Chinese food in Middle Island. So far I had the pork lo main & pork egg foo young, the pork fried rice was just okay. But the other 2 dinners were absolutely delicious. They gained a new customer. I give this place a AAA+++

The food was very good, recommended from Quantum Rehab, had family members getting rehabilitation, and the staff loves uncle rays. I say it was very good.
Had dinner delivered tonight. Love the food! The combo plates were excellent, special instructions were followed for my veg. lomein & veg. fried rice. It was perfect! IMO, the combo plate was an A+ My dad also loved his pepper steak combo. My only very minor complaint with this restaurant is that they don't have plain lobster sauce on the grubhub menu. I will still order from here again unless we need plain lobster sauce. Overall, it is my opinion that this is the best Chinese place around.
Their cheese wontons are excellent. They are also very friendly and accommodating for special orders (like no sesame seeds on the sesame chicken).
