I would recommend not coming to this Dominos location whatsoever. Keeping in mind we’re in the midst of COVID and transmission is at an all time high, the workers do not wear gloves and are not using proper food handling practices. Additionally, they will not answer their phone and as depicted, its because it is intentionally kept off the hook. Entirely dissatisfied with my experience and disgusted as a whole. Praying someone revamps this location and holds their workers to higher standards and better practices.

I placed my order and was keeping track of the tracker but noticed my order status hadn’t changed since the time the app said “they” started to prep my order. When I got to the store I was told that they apologize but they forgot to cancel our order due to an inspection they were going to have and that all they’re machines were already off. I was told I would be issued a refund that I now I have to wait 1-2 business days to receive for this wasted trip and time. From the many times i’ve ordered from a Dominos i’ve never had such a negative experience. This was my first time ordering from this location and I am extremely dissatisfied.

Order arrived after 1 hrs after driver picked up. Stone cold. Totally rubbish tracker app. I was waiting for an hour looking at app. Driver was in neighbourhood for 45 mins. My distance to store was 5 min.

Managers name is Ivy or Iris. She should be fired. Rude, unable to provide a solution. If she was my employee she would be fired in a second. I guess hanging up on customers and canceling orders is the way she deals under pressure. What an example to follow!! I hope dominos will listen to the call. What a b****

Staff make the pizzas really well, yes even the ones with pineapple. (I know some people get extra about what others like 🙄..) this is the one we always order from bc you guys are great.

Terrible customer service. Offensive phone etiquette and blatant disrespect and disregard for their clients. I understand there might be staff shortages, but it is highly unacceptable to operate at this level. I would not be surprised if they are committing health violations at this place. Staff is not even equipped to handle basic English inquiries (I know Spanish, but our admin assistant does not). I wish I could honestly give them 0 stars.

I ordered food way before closing. After paying and the dominos app telling me Erick canceled my order, I called and called again with no answer. It’s my fault. What was I thinking, by ordering here after seeing there horrendous reviews. Just terrible service.

Twice is a row, this location delivered pizzas with wrong toppings. E.g, we had ordered olives and they instead sent bacon, which we do not even eat so we had to toss the entire pizza. Customer service doesn't exist because they never answer the phone. Next time I'll order from a different location.

Customer Appreciation Day! What a lie. I was driving by, the sign says
"Save The Date 9/9/17 Large 1-top $3.99"
I go inside and they said that was for customer appreciation day but that ended at 5 o'clock.
So I asked the manager why it was on the sign and doesn't say a time and her response was "I can't control the sign" and walked off.

Wow Dominos! Good job! Leave a person at the drive thru for 15 minutes, walk by them, don't come to the window even after they honk! Yes they drove away without food but a few extra dollars in hand. Good job slackers. Another few customers lost! Hello Pizza Hut........

The service sucked the guy taking our order didn't know how to take an order nor did he know how to run a debit card, the 2 ladies that worked there was great workers and was doing their job, he couldn't even answer the phone and take orders the delivery guy came in and was answering the phones and taking orders etc! Don't think we will eat there again! And our order he took to the table next to us!!
