I asked for a 16" xl pizza and got a 14 1/2" pizza. The box is 16 1/8" ant the pizza dances inside the box. I called and talked to the person that receives the orders and didn't wanted to help. That's it for papajohns with me.

Love this store!!! Always on time and hot upon delivery. Thank you for the gluten-free option! Delivery drivers are always kind to my dog who runs out to greet them.

Ordered a pizza and confirmed with the person on the phone regarding my address before they sent it out by asking “hey is the address you have there XYZ???” What was the response “yeah.. yeah it is”.
Cool so here I am waiting for my pizza and wondering why this guy is taking so long.. They finally call and driver has address to my old place. Then they want to deliver to my new address.. The same pizza, which would be most definitely cold by then. Yeah, no.. for that I will make myself some frozen pizza.
Moral of the story.. Do not order from here. They obviously hire worthless people. I do feel bad for driver though.. I should have told him to come through to pick up tip.. wasn’t his fault the guy who answers the phone is a moron.

Food made me throw up uncontrollably and I was in pain for two days, couldn't keep anything down. Called Papa John's corporate and I was met with indifference and excuses, even saying it was my fault. What kind of service is that?

The guy behind the oven was great. Best pizza since I arrived to America and I worked with Italians chefs in a restaurant for a long time in my country.

Today, in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic the lady at the front desk giving me my pizza touched it without sanitizing her hands twice, first she touched my garlic sauce, and then after i asked for an extra peperoncini order that i had ordered she brought the peperoncini with her bare dirty hands. Extremely disgusting.
