Service is way to slow. I used to be a regular years ago. But the last 3 times I've been here have a horrible experience. Took 5 minutes to explain to the shift manager exactly what I wanted, he's Indian and could not understand. Waited way too long and the still got my sandwich wrong. Its Einstein from now on.

It's a Sunday and not many people are here. They decided to close the eating area, I've been waiting for about 15 minutes for a single food item, all of 8th street dunkins are terrible, go find a better one because you'll be late and be confused on what's going on too. Good luck

Manager (blonde Cuban Lady with blue eyes) who was super rude talking loud to her
employee infront of all the clients. In top of all, she does not change her gloves after touching money or picking up from the floor and cleaning counter top. She goes right ahead with the same gloves and moves the donuts on the rack. The same donuts clients are eating. The sad part is that she seem entitled to such behavior since she herself said "yo soy el manager!"

Severely incompetent staff. There is always something wrong with my orders here and service is very slow. Took 10 minutes for the cashier to pick 6 donuts for the person in front of me.

Not much variety to choose from... I wish they had more donuts? I’ve been waiting in line for 20 minutes and there’s only 1 person in front of me. Publix has more donuts to choose from. Wouldn’t recommend this location. UPDATE: After waiting 20 minutes she gave me the wrong order. I didn’t want to go back inside and wait another 20 minutes for her to correct it so I left. Will definitely NOT come back.

Arrived Monday (8/16/2021), at 5:00AM, the time they should open according to their store hours on Google, and there was no one in the store. Store was closed with old donuts still remaining on the shelves (visible through the front glass door). I knocked and stayed 5 minutes, but no arrived. Customers depend on reliable hours. Please open on time or change your advertised hours.
