Great American Bagel

Have you seen Zootopia? Well the fine executives behind the counter of this establishment are the sloths at the DMV. We ordered and Sloth 1 met us with rudeness. We got in line 15 mins before boarding was called. It’s a pre made bagel people…PRE-MADE. NO COOKING. We were right at the register when we encountered the final sloth. The queen of all sloths. The sloth lord. Flight called final boarding and we left the bagels on the counter. Huge waste of time and from other reviews I don’t need to tell you about the terrible food quality. Come on MIA airport, get rid of this trashiness.

AVOID!! The worst "sandwich" I have ever had in my life. It was positively GROSS and literally inedible. The bread was so hard that I could not bite through it. Broke it in half and made an absolute MESS of crumbs on the floor. Sorry, fellow travelers! Tried to take a few bites of the soggy part in the middle. Ew. I will probably get food poisoning. This "sandwich" cost almost $15. They should be **shut down**. Do NOT go here under any circumstances.

Rubbery bagel that tasted like cardboard. Doesnt get easier to make a bacon egg and cheese and they still found a way to botch it(forgot to put bacon). There food is next to inedible and utterly gross. I would have rather thrown those ten dollars i spent in the trash! Never eat here unless you want to be disappointed, disgusted, and scammed for your money.

Came to buy a sandwich on June 8 at 435 pm the Latin lady has a terrible attitude. As I’m approaching the heat lamp where the sandwiches are kept I was able to overhear her speak with her co worker asking her how long the Swiss and ham panini had been sitting. The red headed lady tells her co worker in Spanish that the sandwich had been sitting there since the co worker had gotten there. It looked fishy to me so I asked how long that sandwich had been sitting there and she started with her attitude and telling me that they change the sandwiches daily. I became more suspicious and asked when was the last time the sandwiches were changed, I’m going to South America in a few . mi utes and I’m not going to risk food poisoning overseas, I asked her again and she blew mestaring at me that’s when I asked her inSpanish if I couldn’t ask about when the sandwiches had been changed and she got real defensive. This place looks fishy and are just asking for the health department to do an inspection in them. I was going to buy something but didn’t end up buying anything, it just didn’t feel like a clean and safe place to buy food from. Whoever owns this place, lots of work needs to be done.

Where do I start. At the Miami airport at 5:30. The two women were behind the counter and rudely told us they opened at 6:00 am. Well they should have been open at 6. Instead they just began to open counter and displays at 6:03. They could care less that people had flights to catch. They also move slowly, on purpose, in my opinion. I have never seen such disregard for others.

Worst bagel, worst service. I got a bagel that was super soggy. I’m in my third trimester and have yet to come so close to vomiting during my entire pregnancy. I asked for a refund and they refused (I’d only eaten two bites of the thing). Awful service, condescending workers, and the most disgusting bagel I’ve ever had. Embarrassing, to be trying not to vomit while arguing for a refund of a $10 soggy bagel.

Food was rubber bagels that tasted like they were microwaved after being frozen for two years. Coffee was burnt, $1 extra for flavored creamer. The two women behind the counter were unfriendly and looked miserable. Probably as miserable as the food they were selling. Do yourself a favor, stay hungry
