Claudia has no name tag and claims to be the store manager. Upon entry both employees were in the back chatting and laughing. I don't mind waiting because i'm a patient man. I looked for the 4.99 footlong subway deals and chose the "chicken & bacon ranch melt." A worker made the sandwich exactly how I wanted it. After reaching the register, she told me a price around 9$. I pointed at the sign and said "it's a 4.99 sub." She explained to me that somebody moved the price to the wrong spot and I must pay full price for this sub. I informed her that federal law requires sale at the price advertised and she said "no." I then requested a "meatball marinara" and she told me that i had to purchase the chicken sub at full price to get a meatball! I asked for her name, the store manager name, and the store number. I then took pictures of the printout given to me as well as the sign advertising the price. Moments later after seeing the phone in my hand, she assumed that i was video recording and stated "if your recording me I get to call the police." At this point I'm very offended and tell her "do it, do it, call the police!" This woman then said "leave my store and don't come back.".... I have a background with law enforcement for the state of florida, the state of new york, and now I do Executive Protection for corporations and make 30$ an hour. I have never been treated so poorly. In my opinion, that person does not belong in a managerial position. She was inconsiderate, rude, assuming, wrong, unprofessional, and refused to follow the law. Is a couple bucks really worth the cost of business of a subway patron who just moved to the area? Could all this trouble over 3$ really be worth it? She didn't even ask "would you like anything else?" I intended on getting a drink and cookies. My goal was to spend up to 10$ without going over... i just didn't want to pay it all on only one item!

Where do I start with this place first of all this place makes you feel very unsafe they have to buzz you in sometimes it takes a minute to get Buzz then because there's only one person on shift you felt like someone is going to rob you also they run out of lettuce and don't tell you nothing look fresh and now except the spinach that replace the lettuce a person will recommend anyone to go there and also that customer service is lacking manners and that'll be all

My experience with the worker and so called manager was disgusting. They both were rude and disrespectful. The worker was rude and walked off without making my sandwich. Then the manager took over and was throwing the sandwich around. I told her that I will be calling corporate. She said “I don’t care, it’s not my store.” They are horrible and shouldn’t be working for your company or any other. Customer service is a must when dealing with people and they have failed to provide that. They both should be terminated immediately!!!!!!! I will no longer be purchasing anything from that store as long as they are there.

One of the worst locations in miami for sure, always out of something, even BREAD! What kind of subway doesn’t have bread? I’ve been there several times and ALWAYS leave disappointed. Service is not so bad that’s why I give it 2 stars.

Worst Subway I have been to. Ordered a chicken salad and the girl barely warmed up my chicked so its cold. No ice. Poured Sunkist in my cup and there is stuff floating in there. The second worker cant shut im while shes serving so she talking all over peoples food. This place is dirty and the people working here dont no anything about handling food

This place and their customer service is atrocious! The new employee as she was making my subs everytime I asked her to put something on my sub she literally rolled her eyes and sucked her teeth. Just terrible I had to have my boyfriend complete the order to prevent myself from snapping on her.

The staff is rude and incompetent. They had no supplies and a health hazard. Who serves people bread that left out in the open. Plus when they do make sandwichs, the staff doesn't know how to correctly stack. All in all' I will never eat here again

The worst customer service experience!!! I am really disturbed at the way they treat customers in this store. I have been to this store, many times and I always bump into the same employees with a nasty attitude. I think these employees should not work here. I would love to speak to the general manager, they are so ghetto in this subway.
