They need a better chef because they food Sucks. They wings are nasty and flavorless and dry like the chicken legs in the island. The fries a nasty and not fresh and everything is salty.
I will never eat from this company again.
Waste of money and
There’s a lot of people with restaurants that shouldn’t never be in the kitchen at all. Money and fame is what’s wrong with the business. This is what happened when I get lazy and don’t want to cook for my family and want to support other business.
Very disappointing in the food.
Everything is salty and cold and not fresh at all and very dry.

This has been the BEST Wingstop I have done business with. I order from these guys for large events all the time and they always get our order correct. Keykey the District Manager is so helpful and even personally delivered the food for our event here at Peterson's Harley-Davidson to make sure it arrived on time. Thank you to you and your team for always being on point!

I went to pick up my order on my lunch break today. It was ghetto and explicit personal conversations was going on while i was waiting. i watched a man give the cashier a fake bill. There was so much going on that the cashier was not paying attention. It was a real party. Food wasnt bad...but who knows i waited so long i could have just been hungry. Im not going back because based on the conversation there is going to be a shootout. i refuse to get in the crossfire. goodluck

Called the restaurant on 6/13/22 @ 10:40pm I wanted to place a order while i was leaving work in broward County which this location is miami where i live so the food can be ready. A young lady answered the phone and said only online order and delivery orders so I responded ok then I said what time you close but before I could ask that she hung up. So I said maybe she didn't hear me so I called back and she said it again answering the phone with hanging up saying online and walk in orders only and hanging up the phone. But I want to know what time they close so I won't get off i-95 and they be closed by that time I get there to place my order . So everytime I call it was the same thing till I guess she was annoyed and another staff answered and she actually waited until I asked the question but she was acting as if she couldn't hear me but I got the question answered . Which was what time they closing. The people they hire have no customer service and it be these young individuals that don't have morals I blame the manager cause they don't inservice these staff. And they working for the person who own this company to make money not knowing the staff they hire not meeting good customer service skills and loosing them money. Good customer service and good food keep the customers coming back PERIOD!!! and it be are own kind (African American) that's why we can't prosper as people.

The staff doesn’t like there job. They are very rude and disrespectful. Even though you order online you have to be at the restaurant for them to even start preparing your food. I placed an order at 6:32 PM came to the restaurant at 7:15 PM and my order was not ready they made a big deal about not taking order numbers and even at 8 PM my food still wasn’t ready.

If there was an option to leave no stars I wouldn't have left 1. This wingstop needs a complete over haul. When you walk in the counter is wrapped in plastic I guess as a Covid 19 precaution. The path that should lead to a restroom was completely cluttered with boxes. The kitchen area did not appear well organized. Workers were not working together in an effective rhythm to properly get orders out of the kitchen in a timely manner. Cloth face masks were worn under the chin of workers handling food and no hair nets were worn. I called in an order and was told 18 minutes. Once I arrived I paid for my order and the young man at the counter called out my name and order as if it was just being placed. After several door dash and walk-in customers were getting their orders i realized my order may have been forgotten. My food had been placed on a rack to get cold. So disappointed. I gave the cold food back and requested a refund. Here is the kicker i touched the fries in the bag to confirm that the food was cold but the food was taken back in the kitchen and was not discarded
