So I thought that I would like to try Haitian authentic food for the first time. $27 and a 30 minute ride to and from. And this is what I got. Barely any meat, not presentable at all. What a waste. Not to mention the 2 orders of the Mac and cheese was forgotten. Luckily the receipt was saved because they said we didn’t order any.

The reasons I gave them 2 🌟. When Caribbean 305 first opened their food had more flavor and was reasonably priced. I'm not sure if they got new cooks or are using cheaper products to make the food. One of my favorite dishes is griot and for the past 4 plus months it has been more fat than meat 🍖. No seasoning the rice and bean Sauce is bland it barely has salt. The soft drinks are way over priced. It's $2 for a can of soda and $4 for a 20 oz. I hope they bring back up the quality.

I would get mad at my Uber drivers when they would leave something back at the restaurant & After a few of my Uber drivers would question me , if the food was even good ? I self picked up my own food on two occasions. First occasion they forgot one of my plates of food , and I rushed out because out of nowhere the store quickly filled up with a lot of guys after I entered the place & I had to go back & some guy from the back said something to me in creole & he gave me an courtesy plate but then I got sick afterwards . A few months went by & I gave the place another chance. & I went to pick up this time at their renovated place ,same location ,but again after I entered the store a group of guys filled up the store quickly. For the type of food quality & quick convenience, it’s not worth the wait(unprotected or protected

This place is the most unorganized food establishment I’ve ever been to. I called to order my food was put on hold for 5 mins then when the women came back she asked me to call back! Are you serious? This is a restaurant an you asked me to call back? They have ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! The manager is just as bad an has no clue how to defuse an upset customer. The wait time to get the food is ridiculous calling in advance is pointless because when you get there up to 45 mins later your food isn’t ready still. The food is always good when I do get it but the customer service makes you not want to ever eat from here. Save your money for restaurant that actually cares how the customers feel because they shore don’t.
