On several occasions this location inform customers that their system is down, they only have certain menu items available, or they can only accept the exact change. Corporate obviously doesn’t penalize this location. I have family members that work for Miami Dade County code compliance. I’m sure this place has several violations. Ordered a Dave’s double no lettuce, no onions. I removed those toppings myself. This place needs to be reformed.

I love getting Baked Potatoes from Wendy's... its a hearty option when you don't have a lot of money. Again my child doesn't eat meat so... I have to find options that are affordable and accommodating.

I ordered the apple pecan salad...it didn't have any apples in it and the salad was starting to wilt. Also, the employee asked me to back up and drive back up. Realized after the fact it has to do with their timer, as if I didn't have somewhere to be. Gave it a 2 because I like Wendy's fries.

Honestly they need new management and employees this place got a whole MAKE OVER nice rebuilt, but same atmosphere people bad vibes. Miami- Dade college right there give them part time; because the adults that are miserable working there only make this place HORRIBLE!! Just FACTS

Exclusively for the burger. It was decent. They forgot the straws and a few items, so we had to ask for them multiple times. Glad we could still enjoy our meal.

this is the worst wendys in miami corporate has to do something because this place always get the orders wrong n your manager is outside smoking marijuana outside like its all good. not once have they gotten my order right not once .

Was rushed and food was old and cold. No condiments were given even though they asked. Not even utensils for the baked potato or a straw for the drink. Had to keep asking for things missing from my order. Will not visit this location again. Lazy Service
