I am so sad I have never tried this place before, but so happy that is not a mistake that will continue. The menu is colorful and the foods pair excellently together. The price is reasonable. The service was good. This place had the pricing, atmosphere, and speed of a fast food restaurant, but the sophisticated taste that is usually much more expensive.

Super fast drive through even though it was night. The chicken was still juicy which is a good sign. Great staff, was kind even when I erred. Fried yucca beats French fries everyday.

I like Pollo Tropical very much and visit up twice per week different locations. However, this location I did really like and enjoy so much more. The place is smaller and atmosphere very relaxing. Restroom super clean compared to other locations. Food as delicious as all others. Nice place.

I had to take a picture of this Pollo Tropical because is the only Pollo that I know that has a grocery / Cuban cafeteria 😂.
Good service and I didn't have to wait long for my meal. I had a sit down and it was pleasant.
