Bad experience, the worse attention i have ever had, with lack of empathy, #1 that I ordered was overheated, in a microwave. When I opened the paper it's that i was looking made me feel nauseous , I wouldn't give that even to my dog, I left pictures about the bread, cheese and the sauce as if it had come out of the wet paper, never again like in this place.

Went inside to order. The cashier acted like he didn't want to be there and was very slow. He finished taking our order and stood around. It took him 10 minutes to give me the drink glasses. Then we checked the bags of our order and three of the meals were wrong. It took three tries to get them right. We requested hot fries and they were barely warm. The buns were hard as rocks around the edges on two of the burgers. Will not be back to this store.

They took a long time, the cashier grabbed the fries without washing her hands, without a mask, it took 15 minutes for a biggie bag because she was talking to the others and to finish the bad service she gave me the wrong order with what I didn't ask for... terrible service…. Tuesday 04/19 5:07 pm. and it happened before to people who came after me.

Drive through was wayy too slow. I cant even believe the wait time... I actuallt wished I would have timed it. With only 2 cars in front of me.... but I will say the food was fresh and hot

Drive-thru person was on cell phone tye entire time. Got orders right but forgot straws to huge orders of sodas.

Probably the worse service I've experienced ever. Extremely rude drive-thru cashier, needs to learn how to speak and treat customers, this person shouldn't be working here if she's not happy providing service to others.

Terrible location! Took 30 minutes to get my food, then the employees have terrible attitudes l, didn't get straws didn't get napkins and when I asked I got an attitude for no reason. Poor staff means poor management. I don't recommend this location. Every time I come to this location it's the same ordeal. Never again.
