I had a good experience overall. As always I don't eat in the facility, but pick up or go on drive through. The order is always complete. The quality of the service is good. My Apple Pecan Salad is delicious anytime. I really love the combination of lettuce, blue cheese, pomegranate dressing, sliced apple, and honey nuts.

Good food but nasty service went the other day with my friend and our kids spent $45 and we had to ask for more ketchup dipping sauce because 4 orders of 10pc nuggets 3 little ketchup and 2 sweet and sour is enough and 8 people in the car 3 napkins is also enough so we asked for more and they give you a face same with the lady manager she's the 1st one. And straws 8 cups and 2 straws they said it was in the bag so we looked but nothing the face they gave because the manager made us feel like we were trying to stack up on straws lol so we handed back the bags so they had no chose but with a nasty face. And it's not the 1st time it has happen that's the sad part. But question how many people do you need at the window? There was 4 people girls that take your order and the one that hands you the food the manager stands there for no reason and the guy that has to taking orders inside but his at the window. Please poor service

If you hire people and don't train them properly, how can you expect the employees to make the orders properly? Strongly advise not to go here! The employees cannot read. In turn, your order be incorrect.

Always check your order when leaving the wendys. I ordered the biggie bag which comes with a bacon double stack but instead they gave me the Jr bacon chs burger that comes with the 4 for 4. AND always ask for your receipt. They will not give it to you. This protects them if you dispute your order. Because they will ask you for something they know they did not give to you.

This location is always empty which is good, but the service is the worse, one of cashier got my order wrong, two different visits and when I approached him the 2nd time he got the audacity to say he didn't care. He could care less about my order being wrong and I'm talking about the simplest order ever, two kids meal and a side of chicken nuggets.
Another time got stuck in the car line for over 10 minutes with only 3 cars in front, probably first car got the order wrong too but they made them wait there making everyone else in the car wait.
Seriously poor management. To bad I like Wendy's burgers and the frosty but this location got some work to do!! Very poor management.

This location is supposed to be open at 6: 30am. Went to the drive-thru and waited 10 minutes for no one to respond. I called the store they confirmed they're supposed to be open at 6:30 am at 6: 47am. I go to the drive thru at 6:50am. Still no response.... So basically they wasted my whole entire break today. I called corporate and reported the incident anyway.

This is the fourth or fifth time I go there and order the same thing. #6 plain and my drink with no ice. What I get is normal #6 and my drink full of ice. Wasn’t even given a receipt so I can show exactly when I made this last order and who took my order. The one on bird and 147 ave is better.
