Lame experience. The quality of food is boring and suitable at best. Nothing extraordinary. Just fruit you could get from costco (that was about 3 days past it’s fresh peak). The prices are exuberant along with underwhelming service from staff that moves at the pace of a snail. I am dissatisfied beyond measure. Don’t waste your hard earned or easy earned money on this place. More than money, you won’t be eating good anyways. So save time, a bad experience, and some money by AVOIDING this lackluster joint.

There are a bunch of healthy food spots in Brickell but this little hidden cafe remains one of my favorites. Just off to the side of RedBar, there’s a small window that serves smoothies, bowls, wraps, cold pressed juices, and more. This is Miami Fresh Cafe 🥗 (formerly known as Brickell Fresh).
Miami Fresh is the perfect combination of healthy and affordable. There’s no need to break the bank if you’re trying to eat a fresh meal. During business hours, Miami Fresh uses RedBar’s cozy outdoor seating area to serve their guests.
Recently, Miami Fresh launched their new healthy breakfast menu which includes delicious protein waffles 🥞 For happy hour (3PM to 6PM) they serve delicious protein smoothies for $4.98. Next time you finish taking a class at Equinox or a jog around Brickell Key, make sure you visit Miami Fresh to refuel 💪🏼

The quality of the ingredients are good, but they tend to take a long time to serve. I've called 20 minutes to order for pick up and I waited another 20 minutes after I got there. The Avocado Lover is one of my favorite salads. I really like their cilantro dressing. It's tasty and light. Their açai bowls is good but $9

My girlfriend and I visited Brickell for the first time and she had planned to go here prior to the trip... It did not disappoint! Although there is limited seating, we enjoyed sitting on their small patio while enjoying the city around us. The food was amazing and well-priced. The portions are large; we both tried different "bowls" from their menu. Service was friendly and quick despite many take-out orders being called in simultaneously. Can't wait to go back!

Food is very bland. Good portion size but that's about it. Acai bowl was too dark mixed in with the overly ripe bananas really through it off. The Asian bowl has almost zero flavor and everything was served at room temperature which I thought was odd also

Such a sweet, little find in downtown Miami. So many choices of smoothies and tasty vegetarian options. The portions sizes and prices were very reasonable as well. Definitely stopping by again and again! :)

Açaí Bowls are very good, but I was very disponted that a place where it seems they offer a viaraty of “healthy” food options it only have tofu as a meat substitute. I ordered a wrap and was full of tofu with very little veggies. Nowadays there are a lot different and amazing meat substitutes.

The best healthy food option to eat in or take out. One of my go to places for lunch when I need a break from the office or need my food delivered there. The best part is that they are now serving breakfast and they have a bunch of great
Options and the prices and portion size are really good !
