Taco Bell

Not too different than most other taco bells. Except, 2 of the employees were notably very helpful and friendly. One of them showed me how to use the self serve order screen. I had used one of these before, but had been awhile. I think I really like the self service, self order screen. There was zero lime at the time of my visit. I enjoyed my food in the restaurant. The place was clean. And had more than plenty of seating available. I definitely recommend this place.

Enough is enough I tried to be fair and thought things would get better but no. I am furious over constant neglection and no attention to detail I am so happy that no one here has a professional job where it requires saving someone's life. This is straight up embarrassing at this point. Mo matter what time of day I come here something is always broken the are out of a menu item and my order has been completely wrong the last three times I've come here. 16 April 2020 at 8pm if anyone on the corporate level needs to know this. The staff needs to understand that people wait in long lines and don't have time to drive all the way home realize that there order is wrong. Rude extremely unprofessional and I will nit be coming here again. In the picture below I said no cheese and look what I got ......case closed.

So this is a first for me. I’m on the drive through and the person working there say “Hi welcome to Taco Bell… no others at the moment”… so I think, ok maybe something happen… I continue driving and the entire staff is just chillin, talking and dancing in the common area… the “open sign is on, the building had electricity… so I’m unclear why they weren’t working… but yeah. First time a fast food is restaurant is open, not serving any food, not taking any other, and the staff in on the clock just doing nothing. If I was the manager or owner of this franchise… I would take some time and take a look into this.
