I used to work here. My manager at the time was barely present, given she resided 3 hours away at the time. Half a year working and management began to slack resulting in general issues within the store. There was no communication within the environment on a corporate and store associate level. The store lacked proper security. We were understaffed. A female coworker was working by herself and was robbed at gunpoint by a local. I was also working 3rd shift by myself at the time and was approached by a customer who attempted to physically assault me. Various police reports were made and everyone was made aware, yet similar incidents continue to happen with the same people.

Shoppers beware! This 7-eleven store is a rip off they have 6 cookies in a package clearly label at $2.69 when the cashier rang up the item he said the total is $3.21. I asked the cashier are you sure that total is correct? The cashier went on to tell me the cash register doesn’t lie and he has to charge me what it shows him. The price on the package shows $2.69, The clerk told me that the total was including the taxes. Obviously he did not graduate high school because that total is way more than 7% taxes and the manager agreed and they both looked at me as if I was from another planet. I will definitely not be patronizing that store anymore. I suggest if you are going to shop at this store that you check the prices and ask for a receipt, because they don’t give you the receipt because they’re steady ripping you off. And the only reason this store received one stars is I couldn’t post my comment without selec

For some reason this 7-11 doesn't have change for small bills or coins? On my most recent visit she owed me $0.50 cents and she didn't have it, so I politely asked for a $0.50 Cash 3 instead of the change and she said she couldn't give me a ticket even though the store owed me? I didn't want to argue so I lost the change. This morning on my other visit to the store I lost change also. After 3 or 4 visits it adds up. Im going to have to find a new store from now on. They also seem to always be out of Copenhagen Mint Longcut.

Worst service every went to purchase water was in the wrong place. I ask Cashier this water is buy one get one free. She said it didn’t ring up. I told her it was where the sticker and seven eleven water is. I don’t wanted it no more. First of all you have to wait for ever why she want to update putting food in the oven before managing customer. Second employee had customer she interfere in my conversation when I wasn’t talking to her. Had the nerves to say there’s the door. The supervisor sitting in the office letting them do what ever they one. Not one time he came out. I been going here for years. I lived around here. Worst service ever get those ghetto people out of there. They need training mouth is awful. I will not take disrespect because I won’t my money back my choice. I will never shop at this filthy store it never clean.

This is the closest thing to a corner store for this neighborhood. It's open 24/7 and has everything from simple car maintenance equipment to wide assortments of trail mix. It's always bustling with life. My only complaint is the parking. You'd think that such a busy spot would have better parking, but it's always a hassle to leave this place since there's usually someone showing up, people blocking your exit, or the small church next door is having an event. Aside from my one complaint, this spot had been consistent for over a decade, as far as I'm concerned.

Went to this location at 515pm monday afternoon I ask if they have masks cashier showed me a couple of them i ask her if she has the trump masks she said no they don't sell so i proceeded to ask i just need one because i purchase like four of them at a difficult 7 11 so she told another young lady in the office give me one trump mask the lady in the office came out and said we don't have them then I said we don't have any and started laughing so I left
