Raw Addiction

Horrible service. Food came out incorrectly. Thank goodness I checked before leaving. They remade my wrap without onions but as for the smoothie which was utterly and completely incorrect. Was spicy from ginger that comes in another green smoothie r their offer. I ordered the kale which is supposed to be sweet. They ignored me when I brought it to their attention and then argued with me and insisted it was the right one. They finally admitted they could be wrong and said they couldn’t refund me. I wasn’t asking for a refund just the correct smoothie! They then said they couldn’t remake it because they needed manager approval and they weren’t answering their phone. At this point I was getting really upset. They remade it as if they were doing me a huge favor. Honestly I tried it and it was correct but didn’t drink it because I didn’t have an appetite anymore and I couldn’t trust the drink now. Talk about attitude and laziness on their part. I am still upset I spent almost $40 and they didn’t give me a receipt either.

Absolutely horrible service, waited 10 minutes with an empty establishment with 3 employees behind the counter gossiping. For my surprise, to receive this small açaí smoothie cup that almost cost $11.00 dollars… I asked the employee “Excuse me miss, is this the correct size for what I paid for?” In which she replied “Yes, it’s our only size”… For that prize, you can get definitely get a Large anywhere else and much better product… A rip off to say the least.

It’s a small place very nicely decorated. I love how everything is set up. My favorite thing to order is the ginger mint smoothie. It’s delicious and very healthy. The food is ok. It’s healthy but I don’t know it’s not my go to place to get food. From everything I have tried, the porta bella mushroom wrap is my favorite. It can improve. I think they should change the options in the menu. Other than that the staff is always very nice and on top of their orders.

This establishment is best suited for pick up & go. They don't really have tables to dine on. And its very small, you'd feel cramped with 6 or so ppl. Walking in you'll notice the larger than life menu on the wall, legible, & organized. The Acai bowls are larger than they look. But the smoothies, while very tasty, are not worth their volume unless served with a shot if rum. Essentially it's similar to what you would pay out on the beach for rum runners, daqueries & the likes. The parking lot is excellent, extra large and shady making it a good place to munch on your acais.

It’s a nice, small, well decorated smoothie store. I was surprised that the smoothie place only had one size for smoothies but that’s probably because of the amount of raw ingredients they’ve got to work with, but it still works and that’s probably because there aren’t crazy amount of additives or sugar which I commend. The smoothies that my family and I got were Mango Madness, Creamy Chocolate Peanut Butter, and Dragon Berry. The smoothies were good for the most part. The Mango Madness was perfection, the Dragon Berry smoothie was pretty sweet, the Creamy Chocolate Peanut Butter was a miss. The latter barely had a chocolate taste, if anything I tasted more of the peanut butter and the spinach(which I honestly overlooked on the menu). The service was quick and attentive.
