First stuff do not follow Covid-19 rules regulations that are set by the government and Miami dade county. I would not recommend the place. There are many close by station and convenient stores in the short distance, and are way better. The stores is always in a mess, the product, food display is awful🤢 and the worst costumer experience. Stuff are not professionals and are not aware of their own products/services provided. Plus stuff members are not in a good personal higiene shape and wears hoody’s instead of uniforms and act like they own the place. yelling and coursing at the costumers and gives more attention to their mobiles than the costumers concerns.

This 7-Eleven was an absolute madhouse, it was full to the brim with customers and the line took a considerable amount of time. The staff however were friendly and helped as quickly as they could. Luckily there was security here, as a man came in screaming profanities and tried to cause a scene, which was quickly quelled.

Line took forever, African American worker nice to everyone but the white customers. Didn’t want to respond to customer or give answers. Bald/buzz cut security guard was trashy and super unprofessional and I witnessed him physically and verbally abuse a homeless man and his dog for no reason at all. Super ghetto and just a disaster there.

I've been to this 7-11 and by far, it is one of the most cleanest franchise I've ever been too. Compare to other 7-11 in North Miami, Downtown, and especially Brickell. Which aren't nowhere near clean. The bathroom here smelled so fresh. When I went for coffee i noticed it was cold. So I asked why was the coffee cold? An Employee said " I'm sorry for the inconvenience, we usually remake coffee every 2 hours, are you able to wait a minute so i can make the coffee you're looking for?" The costumer service was absolutely amazing.

Stervinsky, Yanelis and Maria all working hard on a Saturday night, got a clean store and taking care of business. One of the cleanest bathrooms I've been to and all of them willing to help out their customers with smiles on their faces. I'm very satisfied with this spot everyone is doing an excellent job. I highly recommend this location on a Saturday night. Cleanliness and customer service is tip top. Keep up the good work! One.

They throttled the pumps too much, they expect you not to notice that you're overpaying for gas. Sometimes they purposely slow down the pumps so they could squeeze more money out of you, if you've been here before you know what I'm talking about. There's two other gas locations around the area I think they're a lot better. This place is better suited for on-the-go snacks or nick-nacks on your way to your long trip.
