So far this is the best Pollo Tropical ever. Staff is amazing and always willing to help you out. Ended up getting more for less, super nice! People sometimes forget that staff are also human beings and can also make mistakes. So many bad comments and ratings that they do not deserve. Always see so

Came in here without any idea of what to order and remember a nice young girl asked me how much hungry I was, then from there she recommended a quesadilla warp with some cheesy yu
Easy to find gluten free, dairy free, soy free food on their regular menu. Service was fast through thr drive through and the lemonade was fresh.
Great place, great staff and food..maybe need a little more organization in the back due to a lot of customers. But overall great! :)

I decided to give this Pollo Tropical a second chance and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh and everything was very tasty. Kudos to the owner for making these changes. My family and I will definitely be back.
