Don’t usually do this review thing but they earned it, and after seeing so many bad reviews, god I had to help them out. Came in here without any idea of what to order and remember a nice young girl asked me how much hungry I was, then from there she recommended a quesadilla warp with some cheesy yuca bites and a pineapple tropichiller. One of the bests combos ever, very delicious. Everything was fresh and I appreciated very much the honesty and the nice way she treated me. Didn’t try to sell me the most expensive plate, but one that could fulfill my needs. We need more people like that in the world! Will come back for sure!!!

So far this is the best Pollo Tropical ever. Staff is amazing and always willing to help you out. Ended up getting more for less, super nice! People sometimes forget that staff are also human beings and can also make mistakes. So many bad comments and ratings that they do not deserve. Always see so many people complaining for none sense. They’re always trying to help and make you feel appreciated and welcome. I’m always happy when I visit and the food is very good compared to other restaurants. Moreover, I never get a no for a sauce, they will always make it if they don’t have it, not like another Pollos. Give them a try and you will not regret it. Guava & Cheese parfait very good, I loved it, coming back for more. Management is also one of the bests I’ve seen. Thank you for being so nice and helping us out.

I decided to give this Pollo Tropical a second chance and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh and everything was very tasty. Kudos to the owner for making these changes. My family and I will definitely be back.
Horrible service. The wait was extremely long, they were out of mojo and cilantro sauce. The rice was sticky and pork tasted old and reheated in a microwave. This is very unfortunate being that I have always liked Pollo Tropical. I won’t be going back to this location. The owner should consider hiring new management. Owner might benefit from putting up a sign showing new management.
