Delightful little restaurant/ bakery/ meat market! Serves a delicious Argentine style menu with steaks being my favorite. Can’t vouch for the other entrees, but I could not imagine them to not be on par with their steaks. Always friendly staff and prices on the lower side-considering what you are getting as far as quality. Unassuming location, great for walking distance from nearby hotels

We just left the restaurant and I need it to write a review because we had such an amazing experience. The service was top notch and the food was really good with very big portions. Can't wait to be back.

Great food and service. Really enjoyed the meal here and will re-visit for sure. We order Milanesa, Chivito Sandwich and a Argentinian Parrilla for 2. At the end we got a Uruguayan Desert Everything was on point and delicious.

Nice place, good food, big portions, and pretty fair prices. BUT they have this tricky game to include 18 % SERVICE CHARGE on your check. THAT LOOKS LIKE A MANDATORY TIP. On top of that after you pass your card, the check comes with TIP______ to be completed… that is dishonest for customers that are not looking with attention their check. I don’t have problem to gave 18% of tip, but don’t make that mandatory. I’ll fight again any place with this kind of policies.

Went in on a late Sunday morning. Not at all crowded, maybe four other patrons in total as I sat. One server on the floor. I guess it was fairly busy considering it took quite some time to get tended to. The menu has lemonade listed but they didn't have any much to my chagrin. The only drinks available that aren't coffee or soft drinks are fresh orange juice, Brisk Iced Tea in a can (which I settled for) and bottled mango juice. Morcilla was really tasty. Well salted and seasoned. It's a bit softer than other morcilla I've had, which is fine, but it can be a little messy cutting into it. Would definitely get it again and with company I'd probably get it on one of the small table grills. I ordered the Chivito Al Plato as my main. The difference between this and the sandwich is that it's served on a bed of fries instead of between bread. I asked if I could instead get rice and was told it'd be an upcharge, which I thought was strange. I stuck with the fries. I asked for no olives and no salad. Fortunately the olives were omitted but I did still get salad. The dish also comes with potato salad and a few veggies on the side. I haven't had Argentinian potato salad before so I'm not sure what it's supposed to be like but I wasn't much of a fan. Granted, it being a bit light on flavor I guess kinda balances the dish out. Anyway, I thoroughly enjoyed the dish itself. Steak was cooked and seasoned well, all the flavors melded together beautifully. The bacon was a little sad, kind of middle of the road standard thin bacon, but I'm picky about the little bacon I do have. I'd go again to try something else. The menu has many items I'm interested in.

Very friendly employees and the owner (Venezuelan) very hospitable. The food is very tasty and the flavor is excellently achieved, I felt in Uruguay. Without a doubt the parrilla Gauchito, the chaja and the milojas stand out Very reasonable prices

Great food and great desserts. We had the house parrillada: Gauchito Parrillada... A M A Z I N G !! All beef cuts... one better than the previous one, from the entraña, vacío, or picana to the blood sausage, sweetbreads, or Chinchulines you pick any... from there everything goes up. We had a bottle of Malbec (red wine), the house one; it was a good wine and on par with the flavors of the grill. Well served, and tended; our waitress was always at hand, without unnecessary interruptions. We came in close to closing time; never a frown, bad manners, or someone rushing us to leave. On the contrary after dessert, they saw we still had 1/3 left of our bottle of wine... they came, cleared the table, and said you can't leave without finishing your wine so take your time... it felt warm and genuine. They didn't want us to rush out to the door. Kudos to Gabriela, our waitress.
