The GM has addressed issues I've had with an employee (older bald guy) and has ways made sure me or anybody eating there has only a pleasant experience. She also makes sure you're aware of how your meal can be even better with the deals she mention that you may not be aware of. The younger staff are more than helpful and thankfully patient with me and my indecision. Overall, great Subway and so conveniently close to everything.
