Mcdonald's

This is the only McDonald's I've ever seen with a 24 hour WALK UP WINDOW... what?! That's right, directly in the middle, amongst the multitude of adjacent buildings of the Miami Dade College campus, sits this McDonald's, actually attached TO THE END of one of the campus' buildings... (pictured) It recently went under complete new construction, so recently in fact, workers were still putting the finishing touches on it during this review capture... It boasts the 24hr walk up window outside, a completely seperate pick-up/delivery area inside, and, another area for walk-ins... The new construction is clean and college friendly, with its multiple high tech self-service kiosks, digital pickup area, and front display monitors at the cashier for easy tap/apple pay... One very humorous, and it seems, necessary feature of this newly constructed McDonald's, is that the restrooms are COIN OPERATED... quite a throwback to its other tech savvy components at this location... .

This evening, a strange cleaning lady (Barbara), who was sitting in the middle of the restaurant and closed half of tables at 10pm, start screaming on us that we can't sit at the available table near this closed zone. It was around 10:20 when we left because all the staff start telling that we should sit at the table with the chair on it! They didn’t even try to take the chair off the table! This is unacceptable. Awful service. Only the manager tried to be nice. Those people didn’t even try to work, just laughing instead of making orders. They closed the half of place at 10,butthis location closing at 11pm and there were no available tables to sit in the open zone! Horrible

This McDonalds was a wonderful place to have a good time! Even though I ordered via the kiosk, the staff was very friendly and helpful. When I had only a few dollars to spend on lunch today, ordering through the kiosk allowed me to save. I was able see the most affordable to most expensive options, and I walked away with enough food to last me for four hours at $3.25. They were very kind.
