Panera Bread

Met a friend for lunch and noticed a few others enjoying the 'self-serve' atmosphere. I have a finicky appetite...salad was delicious! Dining room is spacious so we weren't rushed to leave as we seniors had lots to 'catch up' on. A few seniors with adaptive devices were there as well. Plenty of space between tables to navigate with a walker or large wheelchair plus wallspace to store.

I recently stopped here for lunch in the mood for trying something different. I was pleasantly surprised of the food quality, price and atmosphere. The staff was well trained, restaurant was clean and I really enjoyed the soup & sandwich combo. Their broccoli cheddar soup was outrageously good. I will definitely come back here again. Thanks.

This morning while waiting for a hair appointment, I decided to run into Panera Bread for a quick cup of regular black coffee. When i walked in there was a VERY rude man walking out mumbling to himself about, "no time to wait around..." Needless to say there were probably 15 people in line waiting to order. I heard something about the computers all went down. The only reason i stayed to wait was the young woman behind the counter. She met everyone respectfully, did not look annoyed in the least. She didn't allow herself to become panicked or frustrated. I actually enjoyed how she paid attention to each customer in turn. I am not a fan of chain restaurants, however i will return to this one specifically for such personal customer service this young lady gave. I assure you if she's ever in need of a job, I would hire her without hesitation! Young lady, you made my day better! Thank you!
