This is in a new location next to the Jackson pharmacy and it's really NICE! It's big, there's plenty of seating, and numerous outlets for charging phones and laptops. The best part? It's now open 24 hours a day!
Theirs 2 Starbucks ones on the other side..like 3 blocks away i never seen it before..like a hidden Starbucks..inside is a book store for doctors..what a nice place

I have held off on reviewing this place for many years now, because I hate writing bad reviews, and less than a year ago, this review would have been very different. I would walk to a further Starbucks just to avoid the incredibly rude Barista that was at this location. I am pleased to say that I have recently started coming back here and been very pleasantly surprised. They seemed to have replaced the rudest Barista in the world with Kyon (who seems to make everyone smile). I firmly believe that a person's attitude can make or break everyone's day around them. I know that people can be rude and it must be very hard to be a Barista with a bunch of high maintenance people demanding things all the time, which is why I have so much respect for them. They must have the patience of saints, because putting on a nice face after a frustrating interaction is hard, and I'm sure they have multiple unpleasant interactions per day. That being said, Kyon manages to smile warmly and make everyone's day a little nicer. With all the doctors and hospital personal who come through here (often already stressed) and then go on to see patients, I believe having a good interaction can change the course of not only one person's day, but of all those who will have to interact with that person later. I know this was very long winded, but I feel that people like Kyon are special and deserve a lot of credit for all that they put up with. Employees who treat people with warmth and kindness are what make a business flourish and keep people coming back. You can get a cup of coffee almost anywhere, but you can't always leave happier than when you went in.
Been frequenting this location for a lomg time. The music is just the right volume. The drinks are made well and quickly.

Closed on the weekend.. but definitely up to par with other Starbucks for an on campus library coffee shop.
I always experience great service here on the midnight shift. The staff is helpful and friendly.
Decent starbucks ambiance. Outside seating may involve bumbs harassing you.
