Definitely order on the app before hand since the wait is horrible, but this is one of the better Pollo Tropicals. Whenever I get the chicken from here the chicken is moist, decently large, and not dry which other Pollo Tropicals are notorious for. Overall, good place but make sure you order from the app.

Hands down best Pollo tropical ever. Fast service the employees are super friendly. I made it a habit of stopping by everyday after work to that specific Pollo Tropical. I love the the friendliness the service and how fast that drive-thru moves Express is right. Unlike the Pollo tropical on San souci and Biscayne that place is terrible the food is just thrown however the line takes forever. That Pollo tropical is very close to my house so when I go there I respect to be waiting at least minimum 30 minutes to place my order and then another 15 to pay for it and then another five or 10 minutes to get my food. I've decided not to go there anymore and go to Pollo tropical Express. Not too bad talk them but Pollo tropical Express makes them look bad and I mean bad in the term of service food quality and time. By the time I get my food I'm not even hungry anymore because waiting so long takes my appetite away. If they need more training. Or they have the training and are not putting it to use.

The wait time at the drive thru can be a little much sometimes but I usually go during rush time anyway so I can’t be upset.. just wanted to compliment this particular store. Their food has always been fresh and they make it right when it’s not and it’s always hassle free, at least that has always been my experience. The lady at the drive thru saw my face and could tell the kind of day I was having and she went the extra mile to make me smile even if it was for 20 seconds. My soups were DELICIOUS btw.. and no, they don’t all taste the same at all the locations. Big ups to this store and it’s team. 😊 You guys always come through when I’m not in the mood to cook 😂

Food was piping hot, napkins and utensils, everything complete. It's hard to find this in most drive thru's so this is important. I did go during rush hour. There was a line but it went quick. Lady who received money and guy who gave food were very pleasant, had smile and did answer my questions.
