Katie made my night. She has superb costumer service and a very warm attitude. So much so that I was so shocked (I haven't experienced good customer service like that since I lived in Charleston, SC: friendliest place in America.) I've never went out of my way to write a review. She's amazing. I am going to write corporate too. They need to know they have a jewel working in their establishment.

whopper great as always onion rings were cild & greasy...or maybe because they were cold, I tasted the grease. Either way, yuk..but my burger and soda were good..the service was fast as well...
Great selection - they even carry that "plant-based" burger and the tacos. Ordering took way too long, due primarily to there being only one register open and all five visible restaurant staff dealing with a difficult customer. That said, getting my food was easy, and the food itself wasn't bad. Just come prepared for a bit of a line.
This my Burger King. I've been going here since 1981. The food has always been great throughout the years. Serve hot, fresh and with a smile.

Two days ago I received great service from one of the servers at this BK location, on Ives Diary Rd. I ordered hot coffee (light and sweet) with my big whopper combo meal. the server was a little shocked someone would order hot coffee so late in the evening. When I drove up to pay for my order, the server that goes by name "Cash" was making my coffee, she says I will make your coffee, i make very good coffee. When she gave my order, she told me to taste the coffee to make sure it was light n sweet as I wanted. She made my night, the coffee was made well and it tasted so good. I want to thank her for awesome service and her great attitude. She gets all 5 stars!
This Burger King is now open 24 hours. Service was fast consider they were busy. Employees were pleasant and professional, food was fresh and tasty. Promotion discount family bundle $12.99 3 Whopper Sandwiches, 3 Cheeseburgers, 3 Small French Fries great deal 😋
The customer service here is always amazing! I am complicated, because I have always ordered without something and it is a long order but I never have problems with that, they give me the correct order, they do it better, they sometimes make a mistake but if they make a mistake Fix it immediately. They are very nice. The car ride is quick, but with the pandemic it's not as fast as it used to be, anyway the customer service is amazing!
