This is a small bakery basically a takeout shop. There is no sitting space in the bakery. Their pastelitos, croquetas, and bocaditos have been a favorite in my household for years. Their buttercream cake is moist and delicious!

Gilbert’s has been among my favorite pastry’s and coffee places in Miami for 20+ years now.
Is a must go place in Miami. Cortadito with evaporated milk is the highlight.
If you have not visited Gilbert’s, you have not experienced Miami.
Unique and delicious approach to the classic croquettes!!!! It was my first time at Gilbert’s. I was surprised with all the vegetarian and even vegan choices. I tried several style croquettes: asparagus was mild in taste, not very flavorful - spinach tasted very much like spinach. The Romero croquet
The family loves getting sweet little somethings and Flan made with Splenda.
Cortadios is a must.
Gilberts is ALWAYS a hit. My go-to bakery in Miami. The croquetas are the best and the pastelitos are always so fresh.
Food is absolutely out of this world and priced moderately. The only issue is that no sitting is available if eating in.
Love this Bakery , the flan de queso is delicious 😋

Very good, high end, pricey Cuban bakery that's been there for ever. Delicious bakery items and birthday cakes. They had two other locations in Miami that closed.
