The best bakery in Miami. The people working there are very nice and attentive. I have seen people complaint for nothing just because they are having a bad day and they are taking it off on the working people. I want to say to all this people to please think before putting a bad review just because you have to make a line when now days lines are everywhere even at Publix and we all have to wait. I give 10 stars to the people working there.

I have been coming here for weeks and I will continue to come back because their customer service model seems to be "Treat our customers like family and feed them well". Any place that makes me feel like I'm loved, I matter and serves me a good omelette is a place that will keep me as a patron. The breakfast is massive, the cafecito is a hug in a cup and the ladies will treat you like they're your abuelita.

For all practical purposes, I appreciate Miami’s local cuban bakeries. Whenever I travel, what I miss the most is my Cuban bread and coffee. Ricky bakery is especially good for their large variety of foods and comfortable seating area. Today, I noticed the employees at this location weren’t working as efficiently as usual. It took longer than usual to get two sandwiches that I ordered and then when I got them, one was still cold and the other too hot. It might have just been an off day for them. I will definitely be coming back.

Great pastry great service great employees!! I was on vacation with my family from North Dakota and came to Ricky's for some much needed good tasting pastries and I left happy and very pleased... I even got a Spanish lesson from the girls...and they got an English lesson from us.. 😂 I felt like I was visiting mi famalia 😊.. Whenever I'm visiting Miami, Ricky's will always be my first stop.
