Pollo Tropical

This Pollo Tropical is on the grounds of Jackson Memorial Hospital. You have to park in one of the garages, but Park Plaza garage is the closest to it. I wanted to try their new salad.....the Avocado Cilantro Chicken Salad. It was a large portion for me, and I got two meals out of it. I loved the dressing that came with it. I will definitely order it again. It was delicious. I took the Caribbean soup to eat later. It was really good with pieces of corn and yucca.

I recently came here on 6/13/22. When I walked into the food court it was overcrowded with people. I went into the line, and less than ten minutes later, it was time for me to order my food. I admit that they do work quickly. However, they need to work on customer service. The cashier and other workers were rude to me. They served me spoiled lemonade and snatched my receipt out of the bag to throw it away. They didn't even bother asking If I wanted my receipt or not. They just threw it away; a worker is not supposed to assume that everyone doesn't want their receipt. They should ask first. Furthermore, they were no sauces available, and because the cashier was rude and impatient, I didn't receive the chance to ask for them. The food was good, but it was small for a large tropichop. Aside from the poor customer service, I enjoyed my visit.

Favorite Place. I eat here everyday. Since I been working at Jackson.(3years I been eating Pollo tropical everyday for lunch. Everybody say I'm going to turn into a chicken soon. Lol they have the Best Supervisor which is ALEX. Since I started at Jackson Memorial Hospital in start coming there he always been great. Cashier's. Cooks. Everybody. My favorite cashier is Mike. Keep up the good work.
