I had a bad experience. There was this young African American lady taking orders at the counter who was extremely rude! The service was very slow but the food was delicious! That's why I gave it 4 stars

The one I went to on Biscayne blvd across from the Omni metro mover it has a ramp for wheelchair nice & quiet it has tv screen I never travel alone now my new sister Karen Adkins we go everywhere together the staff friendly the restrooms quite complicated to get in it opens with a buzz the soda machine wasn't working properly only no one noticed when a little red light lites up it means the machine is empty everyone must pay a lot of attention before going in any restaurants in Florida ?

Because of the location I think this is a good place to get affordable food. The customer service was ok, but I understood my visit was in pick time. Chairs and tables were clean and you utensils were handy. Recommend if you are in the court house and need to eat something.

Got ham egg cheese breakfast combo did not have $4 off coupon noted that croissant was rather large and filled with nice fresh thick layered ingredients with coupon you get 2 very small croissants with smaller amounts of ingredients was a good breakfast

For being fast food in a big downtown city was very quick and professional. I wouldn't say outright they were friendly but definitely not mean. Also super clean the two times I've been there
