Mcdonald's

I usually don't go to McDonald's anymore, but I was in the mood for French fries, and it was around 10:00 p.m. usually around 10:00 p.m., many McDonald's have their french fries sitting in a warmer, and they're all stale and getting hard, they're not fresh out of the fryer. Not at all. And so I was pleasantly surprised, when I ordered two large french fries and they came out fresh from the fryer! They were very tasty, very well salted, and the gentleman that was taking the order and also took my money, was very professional and friendly. I do want to warn you though, that the price of food is getting extremely high, just open your bibles, Bible prophecies is unfolding right before our very eyes. This is just the beginning. Anyhow, for two large french fry's, I paid nearly $8. It was $7 and 87 cents or something like that❗

Food was great, customer service might need some help though. I don't seem to understand why lately the customer service at any McDonalds I've gone to has been quite a bad experience. I believe they just might need some deeper training in customer service. I mean we really didn't ask you to work there. I believe your employed there because you need to work and need the income, so why be so miserable and be rude to the customers? I think corporate needs to make some surprise visits and see how customers are being treated. And please stop asking "Is that it", it doesn't help you hear the customers complete the order and that is why we have to return because something was either missing or not made correctly.
