Honestly, no one goes to the airport to eat. But- if you're here- I recommend this place. Great views, spacious, quiet- all the things that you don't get in most places in the airport. It's hard to find- you go above the hotel that's in the airport. The food is pretty good- and reasonably priced considering where it is. I had the charcuterie platter (for two) as I had a very long wait before my trip overseas. Very filling and satisfying. The drinks were good as well- expertly crafted mohito. The service was not the fastest, but very pleasant and non-intrusive, allowing me to get some work done while I waited.

Delicious!! Had the Mahi Mahi, the Chicken Parm (was nice and crispy and the cheese was ooey gooey), the key lime pie (delicious and tart) and the flan (tasted like a true Latino made it!). So good!!!! Staff super friendly as well - had a great time! Thanks to Chef Rene and Cook Jorge, and our server Denise made our day with her sass and her jokes - loved her!

Viena farm to table restaurant INCREDIBLE! food simple but show stoppingly delicious.
Our server Denise is graceful, respectful, and genuine.
Couldn't have asked for a better way to rest. Hands down the best restaurant in Miami airport floor #7 above the airport hotel

5 stars but not for the reasons you might think - The space is an absolute respite from the chaos of any major international airport. Its pleasant and has amazing views of the runways and airport grounds. Definitely worth traveling to another terminal if you have the time on a layover. The menu is diverse and food is fine, not refined. It's the only reason I stay at the MIA (dive) international hotel in Terminal E. I can come up to Viena, catch a few winks and be at the airport when I wake up. Hope this place stays in business for a long time. Maybe one day they will upgrade the hotel?!!!

Best service ever. Dean was my server. Food was tasty. Mohito was perfect and specialty iced latte was the best! Made my time there such a treat!

I found this place post-pandemic and knew it would be a good place to stop with the family for layovers. It's secluded and does not have heavy traffic which is why people complain about the short staffing. To me that is the sell, everywhere else is packed throughout the airport.
Staff were polite, food was quick and the quality was good. The 18% gratuity bothers me whenever I go anywhere. I believe it is optional, so ask them to remove it. In my case it saves me money because I generally tip flat 20% for good service in the US.
It's like a laid-back restaurant lounge bar... We will be back!

We came off of a Disney Cruise and had to wait for our flight later in the day. We were welcomed in with no problem. We got drinks, we got food and we got great service. I am not sure if I was super hungry, but I forgot to take a picture of my food which was the fried chicken sandwich. It was really good! Thanks Mr. Bartender and thank you chef and sous-chef for making our wait/stay a great one!

It's nowhere near as fancy as the website makes it seem — if you're able to make your way up to the seventh floor of the hotel and seat yourself, you're likely going to be able to get a table at Viena. That being said, the food is solid (if a bit expensive) and the drinks are serviceable (although I suspect my old fashioned might have been made with Fireball). Service is also friendly, if a bit brief. All in all, I'm confident in saying there's no better place to eat in the airport, whether or not you're staying at the hotel.

Walk too fast through the terminal and you may miss this unique dining experience! There's an elevator next to the airport hotel that takes you up to the seventh floor of the hotel, where this restaurant overlooks the runways and bustling activity below (you don't have to be an airport guest to visit this restaurant). You can watch planes take off and land while eating great food and sipping tasty cocktails. Service here was great too. This is a very worthwhile reason to get to the airport early!!

!!! Great gem found in the MIA airport. I have been staying at the Airport Hotel for years and didn't know this was here until now.
Clear view of arrivals landing on runway 9.
*** Quiet place to wait if you aren't able to get thru security. Food and drinks away from the busy terminal ***
Go to the Airport Hotel, elevator to the top floor (7) and you are there.
Foods good. Drinks are cold,.the Staff (Denise) is amazing. Well worth coming here if hotel guest or waiting on an arrival.
