If you grew up in West Kendall then you have to know this restaurant. I’ve been going there since the mid 80s. I thought it had closed, but it didn’t. My wife & I went there tonight & the food & service is still phenomenal. I highly recommended if you’re in West Kendall area.

Like always the best service from any restaurant that I've been to. In a long time, we got there right when they were closing, they asked if we would like to take it out,
We ordered A Soup and Tofu and took it home and enjoyed it.
Mmm. Delicious like always,
But I do gotta admit the soup for some reason. Taste better when you eat it there. The presentation is amazing as well.

The food is GREAT. The vibe and service are good, just not great. It's suffering from lack of effort in that respect. However... the food! Really good rolls and they still serve Miami's best Thai food.

The foods were AMAZING!!!
-Grilled prawns: I can’t remember the name of this dish (sorry)
You can taste char from the grill on the prawns. I love that flavor. The sauce was almost like a teriyaki but wasn’t. So good with the white rice.
-Green Papaya salad:
Probably one of the best Papaya salads I’ve ever had! Not one ingredient was overpowering than the other. Made perfectly!
-Smokey & the bandit:
The re-freshening ingredients and quality of flavors. What a great combination!
The flavors of the food were bursting, fresh, refreshing, simple & flavorful!!!
One of the best all around food restaurants I’ve ever eaten at in my life.

I had the earth air fire 2 extra spicy level 3 with chicken. Staff was courteous attentive and helpful in understanding the menu. I noticed a lot of takeout is done here. Room was intimate and comfortable with enough space between tables.

I have known about this restaurant since 2016 when we moved from California & have been very please with their food, it’s very authentic, the service has been great & the price it’s fair. I have visited more their Coral Gables location & the Kendal twice with today’s visit, the food it’s the same at both places👍🏼 but I’m giving them a 4 stars today because when I asked for some spicy sauce for my food I was told that they didn’t have any other than the very mild one that they had served me, and I didn’t said anything else, but thought to myself what kind of Thai, Mexican, or Indian food restaurant could ever say that they don’t have HOT 🥵 sauce😳
