Starbucks

Over the past like year and half, this location has had a total management change. It was just a normal Starbucks at first, but man, the growth in very impressive. Lornette has really worked wonders here. She’s always greeting everyone by name, knows what we’re ordering. There’s always a lot of staff turnover in the service industry, and she’s replaced all that staff with some really great people. Especially the young ladies who work the afternoon and evening shifts. They’re really nice & always make me laugh with little, appropriate, jokes. A great group. And she’s managed to keep the really great staff from the previous management. I’m glad this is my local watering hole.

The quality of the drinks here were at or above what I normally get. Unfortunately trying to get a drink here takes forever. At first I tried the drive through but the line of cars were backed up into the street. I found a spot and went in only to wait another 15-20 mins only getting 3rd in line upon arrival. They had at least 6 people working, so it's just the volume of customers or maybe they need to dedicate a 7th person for the customers inside.
