The staff in the Popeyes were very nice and gave us many items for free without us asking. It was very clean and the food was amazing, the chicken was crispy and juicy and the fries were really good as well.
Just went here yesterday 06/20/2022 and recorded a video. Things have picked up since I last visited. Just checking if Popeyes in Miami is any different then popeyes in other places. I would say this store has some online order system and/or uber eats and the workers aren't fast enough to make that work. So one uber got called off an order waiting for it to be made. Other then that, popeyes tastes like popeyes
Got some spicy chicken sandwiches through the drive thru and the lady was so nice to me she said I was handsome 😍

Due to the chicken sandwich craze I was there for 45mins but the staff were nice and worked diligently to get everyone's order out. The customers weren't obnoxious, everyone patiently waited for their number even though it was lunchtime and that's what made this experience a pleasant one. Oh and the sandwiches are the BOMB. Spicy is the best.👌
Had a first bad impression getting there because some customers in the area can be nasty and throw food in the parking lot. But staff inside are attentive and friendly. The manager, Ms. Germaine was very nice and on point with everything. She gave a good vibe to the place. The food was all very fresh and warm. Had to compliment because it's a big improvement from my last experience at a popeyes.
I went there last night, it was a great restaurant and the food was hot they just came off the grill. I would recommend to come here.
The service was standard and fast. Had the 12 piece meal. Chicken was fresh and cooked well. Would definitely return.
Another Popeye that the drive-tru is full and service is not as a "fast" food should be. I originally wanted to give them a 1 star based on my visit from last week, but since I didn't post it and the service was better during this visit, I will say it was worth the second visit. Overall the weekday morning crew is very respectful, hard working, multitasking and attentive. If there is a remedy to make any Popeye a faster running establishment, I honestly don't know what the answer could be. This staff was non-stop working, all the fryers were running and still the customers kept coming and orders were coming out as fast as can be. Even if you go when the store opens at 10am, there are cars and customers in line for food, yes it's true. I waited 18 minutes in the drive-tru for my order, but if you have patients and know what the staff goes through, you will be more understanding. Speak with the manager if need be, and I'm sure they will make things right by you.
