This is for the location inside Brickell city center: nice layout inside. Friendly, courteous staff!!! Makes a difference when staff is kind and actually says hello to a customer.

This starbucks has just been newly remodeled. It has no seating, no restrooms, is very small, and parking is high risk, so walk if you can...
But when compared to the Starbucks on west 1st ave, it is a little faster and a bit cheaper...
This Starbucks is a corporate one, not franchised like the one at Park Line towers (west 1st ave)... It is therefore, not as expensive.

The ladies that work here are always soooo nice. I come here many times a week and never have issues with my drinks or food. My only issue with this location is that there is no seating whatsoever. It does get really busy in the morning, so maybe it's for space? But I also feel like part of it is the homeless people or that they took the chairs out during covid and never put them back. The wait can be a little long so it'd be nice to have some window stools to sit in at least.

Every single staff member that works here are all so nice and very welcoming. I work near the area and go there basically everyday and I greatly appreciate that I’m always attended with kindness.

I have ordered here few times and always had a great experience but today is a special one. I spilled my other drink outside by accident and came back in to order another one and asked for paper towels to clean up the mess but they offered to clean it for me and gave me the new drink for free. I truly appreciate this kindness, thank you to the staff and the manager for the generosity. Y’all are awesome!

My granddaughter and I had a great lunch visit and your staff was so kind and pleasant. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and our mid-day treats.

Staff was extremely friendly. It was overcrowded but they were able to keep up with the flow well enough. Main issue is they took off all the frappuchinos from the mobile ordering even though it seems like they have most everything in stock. Very frustrating when I prefer ordering online (in-store typically messes up when I use rewards and they charge me instead). Service in store is good

The Starbucks customer service is actually better than the last time I was there. They now acknowledge customers and don't forget customers when they replenish food or drinks. The store is clean and well organized. You guys are the best!
