Lady serving me was very nice and helpful. I was getting two different flavors and one of them she informed was not the most popular and asked if I had tried it before, which I had not. She let me try it and I can see why she said something(I think it was the flavor in front of Carmel cone). It had a unique taste and was happy that she suggested I try it!

ABSOLUTELY OBSESSED! The staff was super knowledgeable on the products and courteous! We ended up getting the cookies and creme sundae as well as the dulce de leche sundae. Both were fantastic! Super tasty. We’ve been here twice and four days and we will probably be back again. Thank you to the staff for making our first time a great one!

I like the service here, the staff is very courteous. They sell the obvious, ice-cream plus coffee, hot chocolate, natural fruit smoothies, cinnamon twists, muffins and more. It sometimes gets crowded but the line moves quickly. I give it 4 stars just because I think it’s a bit overpriced.

I did a regular cookies and cream with chocolate and vanilla ice cream. The combination was great. Also, hands down best service I got from a Haagen-Dazs in Miami as other locations had poor customer service.
