Updated: The service has greatly improved. Employee still look miserable but at least now they’re efficient and organized. Old review: There is a huge problem here. I normally pre-ordering my food but was never getting my sauce order which is available as an add-on in the mobile app. I really wanted my sauce so I decided to wait in line and place my order in person. As I waited for my order (sauce requested), the young lady at the pickup counter calls my number and barely bothers to hand me my food. She doesn't seem to acknowledge my presence however, no worries. As I stood there checking my order, I see that my sauce is missing. As I patiently waited to get her attention she continued to act as if I wasn't there. Since no service was provided, I called out to her and mentioned if she was ever going to ask me if I needed help. "Oh, yeah, what are you missing?", she replies. So she knew I was there missing part of my order the entire time. She also knew no one else was getting their sauce because she's just ignoring the request hoping you'll notice when you get home. I just walked out. I understand that businesses are short staffed and we have to settle for these under-qualified employees, but lacking minimal customer service is just not acceptable. I'm done with this location. I will never come back here! Adding to this review: I continue to be amazed by this location. I just noticed I received only one breast in my whole chicken family meal. I also noticed the streak of one star reviews. Pretty soon this will be a 1 star PT.
