Chris at the register was attentive and impressed me when he slid my chai latte across the bar. The drink arrived accurately into my hand. It was unreal. Starbucks would never. Then, as I drank one of the best chai lattes I've ever had, perfect ratio of milk, I saw Chris come around the register and open the door for an older lady who was struggling with her walker and coffee. All around, would visit again. Best Dunkin in Dade.

A really great DD team. Strongly recommend ordering ahead through the DD app. Honestly it took me a while to get used to this place. It's very busy. Staff works very hard to get the customer orders out. Ordering with the app and giving them a few minutes to prep really helps at this location.

Haven't been to this location in years, but they are still professional, polite and prompt. Even with the 😷 you can feel the smiles and smell the delicious coffee aroma, doughnuts and pastries.

Not amazing service but not bad either. The curbside pickup signage is not clear enough so customers would park there even if not picking up, which is bothering. My drink came with plenty of sugar on the plastic cup, which quickly made it messy. No napkin was available. Employees were nice.

Very welcoming & friendly bi-lingual (English & Spanish) speaking staff/employees. I will definitely visit this location again. They were so patient, polite, had great communication skills, and also informed me of the specials/promotions available. Which I was unaware of, since I didn't ask or saw any advertising v5inggeven aware and went above & beyond to offer excellent customer service!!!

The doughnuts are AWESOME (Boston Cream!), but the coffee is the best. They have much more than doughnuts. The service was quick and friendly. Plenty of parking, and if you are in a hurry all the time, download the app, and you can order before you get there, pick it up and go go.
