Isabella, our waitress, added a lot to the experience with her attentive attention and practical advice all night long. Let's now discuss the Carpaccio. Everything about it was a masterpiece. The Carpaccio was a wonderful symphony of tastes and textures, thinly sliced, supple, and garnished with a drizzle of fine olive oil and a sprinkle of Parmesan. I couldn't help but savour each bite because each one was a revelation.
