Well, I’ve been to many Arby’s but at this specific location, I felt special the manager a short hispanic male, and the other employee a white hispanic female; were very nice and their customer service level was outstanding. My visit was on 08/02/2023 at approximately 9:12pm and Danny took care of me. A round of applause to this gentleman. My food was fresh, and my fries extra hot. The service here was great, the guy taking our order was very nice. The shakes here are so good. It was my first time here. The mozzarella sticks were good but not my favorite thing. The reeces cookies they have are amazing.

What impressed me most, was the people. The customer service was incredible. I had such a good time yesterday when I saw and met Danny who taking care of the customers walking in, but today, today Gabbie took the cake, what an incredible hostess, she was entertaining and engaging, incredibly funny - I’d go back just to see her.
Thank you for having amazing people represent your brand in Miami, it was unforgettable, to have such amazing service in a city that has been recently known for the opposite.

Went there tonight for a late dinner, OMG the white cheese macaroni were seriously creamy and cheesy. The roast beef Gyro was stuffed, Scooby Doo size. The potato cakes (hash browns) were crispy. Everything was so good. Thanks to the really nice employees😊
