My wife and I stopped in on a Sunday for lunch, we were greeted and sent immediately. The greeter that was there wasn't very people friendly, I asked her if we can sit at another table and she just looked at me with a face as of she was frustrated she didn't even say yes or no she just grabbed the menus off the tables and move to another table where we wish to sit. The waitress came over quickly took our food and drink order, the food was pretty good and the service was pretty good also. The only thing I recommend for Applebee's to do is to get that carpet clean cuz it smells like old mold. I'm sure that carp is never being clean before professionally but it needs it.

Clean, lots of parking, all food was tasty, well-cooked, well-seasoned. Server friendly and welcoming. Moderately priced, family friendly.

Typical Olive garden. Good food at a reasonable price. The place is always clean. That's been my experience. Good place for lunch or dinner?

All Applebee's are not created equal. You can expect a great experience here. There is a good food selection and the portions are ample. The service was great. You never know what to expect going into a franchise but expect the best here. It was on US1 in front of a shopping mall That's only got about half the stores in it. We had to have lunch and we're in the neighborhood so we stopped and hope for the best and we got it. This is the best Applebee's we have been in for a while. Will be back when we're in the neighborhood.

I went to this place yesterday night and it was a little packed but we were seated immediately. The food was great I enjoy the bourbon steak they have! So delicious. I also tried the hot Cheetos wings and they were good but yet again I love things with hot Cheetos on top. I also really just enjoy the mashed potatoes they have. Great service from our waiter.
