This has got to be the best kept secret in South Florida. By far this is the best German restaurant there is in all of Miami, Broward and the Palm Beaches. We started the evening with some potatoe pancakes, German sausages and some fresh baked pretzels. I had the roast pork shank which was off the chain. By far the best pork I've had in a while, with mash potatoes and sauerkraut. By far the best sauerkraut I've ever had in my life. The red cabbage was awesome as well. Then for dessert topped it off with an apfelstreudal a la mode with some good coffee. The selection of German beers is excellent. Alex Richter the owner always makes us feel welcomed and part of the family. For anyone who really wants to have an authentic German experience, this place is the place to go.

I love German cuisine and all my friends and I agreed our meals were excellent. Large glass of beer means "L-A-R-G-E" and all of ours were imported, tasty and cold. We arrived early and had the place to ourselves so service was spotless. Definitely will return.

It's like having Oktoberfest year round! Unique atmosphere, delicious food, great selection of German beers! At least 8 or 9 beers to choose from. I like the outside area out back. Though it gets full it's easy to get around. Everything I ever ordered there is good! Recommend the chicken schniztel, sausage platter (3 kinds of meats), I want to dip everything in the goulash soup and the staff are nice and efficient.

Dishes are enormous, Prime Rob probably o e of the best in all miami, surpasses Houston’s Prime rob by far. Veal Schnitzel supreme, beers and deserts amazing. It is definitely a great discovery and will be from now a place to come back always.

4.5 stars. We came here with a group of 4 for the Germany-Sweden World Cup match. We got great seats at the bar in front of the TV. They had a limited menu for the soccer match with only a few food items like pretzels, currywurst, weisswurst, etc. They also had a limited drink menu with only draft beer (no bottles), wine, soda, etc. This was a bit disappointing because we can wanted to eat schnitzel and drink a beer variety of hard to find German beers. The prices were reasonable and competitive. The draft beer selection was pretty good for German beers with 6 selections. The currywurst was phenomenal. The place was packed for the match and the service was not able to keep up. They were overwhelmed. However, it was a great atmosphere for the match and the owner and staff were super friendly. I would definitely return during normal operating hours to try their schnitzel as it wasn't available during the match. They probably deserved 3-4 stars on that particular day for the slow service, but the atmosphere, great food, and friendly service made up for it. I will definitely return.

Real German food in a pleasant atmosphere with nice decor. Bier Garten out back looks welcoming too. Photo is double chocolate cake with real whipped cream to go.

What a hidden gem! The food is perfectly authentic, the quality of the ingredients and the chef's careful touch and timing are very difficult to find in the Miami dining scene. This does not taste like restaurant food! It really tastes like homemade. The service is very professional. No frills or pomp, but serious care and respect for the customer, while still warm and kind. The atmosphere is a bit heavy on the ornamentation, yet still tasteful. Not the ultra formal experience some would expect from a German restaurant, which I, personally, found refreshing. I am not into luxury experiences, rather into top quality food, knowledgeable, kind, caring service and very reasonable price. This is it. Highly recommend. I also loved the Krombacher Pilsner draft beer. I will definitely go back.

My first time visiting and it definitely reminded me of Germany when i was there. Great food, great service. The venue is small and personal, and feels just like a German restaurant. They even have a biergarten in the back. They have their own gated parking lot on the right side of the property. Although a bit far from where i live, i will definitely be back. Prost!

Absolutely love this place. Very authentic German recipes, liter steins of German beer, and German pop music on the stereo. What’s not to love?
