Duffy's Sports Grill

I went on 12/3. It was packed! I waited about one hour for my turkey burger. The server explained to me that the kitchen was backed up and someone even walked out on them. I knew it was not his fault, as I am in the biz too. His service was excellent Johnathan M. The burger came out cold I sent it back. The second one was ok. Didn't have a lot of flavor like the ones I have gotten there in the past. The meat tasted a bit old. I was starving. At least the fries where good. Will return for my 2-4-1 but won't order that again on a busy night.

Visited Duffys for the first time. We sat outside left area of the place. Good atmosphere and food. A lot of TVs and staff flexible with requests whenever we wanted to listen or watch a particular sport. Our server Taty was nice, personable and attentive. But! I can't say the same for Nicole (slender, long black wavy low pony tail hair do) as she being in our purview completely ignored our three attempts to get her attention while she passed in front of us. The way she carried herself and attitude gave the impression of an employee that didn't want to be work or attend anyone any longer, rude and condescending. I'd definitely come back, but hoping she's not my server.

My first time here we decided to sit at the bar, the place was not packed just perfect! We ordered drinks and The Original Duffy's Cheeseburgers they were good and was cooked to perfection. Jamal is great, very personable and efficient. The place has tons of TVs to watch the sports, if you want to watch your favorite team they will change the channel for you! The space is big and very spacious no bumping with anyone. 👍 Good drinks, food, service, and atmosphere. Initially I was going to give Jamal 5 stars BUT when he brought the bill he neglected to say we each had one free drink remaining for that reason I’m deducting 1 star. Duffy’s is worth a second chance we will be back.

Today, I was at Duffy's Sports and Grill Restaurant Kendall. I ordered the Duffy's juicy cheeseburger and french fries. Everything was hot, freah and delicious. The manager came by and asked how I was doing that if I was happy with the food and the service. I responded yes, everything was amazing. I go to Duffy's all the time I love their hamburgers, decor snd TVs to watch the sports.

Excellent customer service. The manager greeted us along with the hostess. The young lady who assisted us was very friendly and explained the menu options well. She checked us often. The food was delicious. The appetizers and drinks were so good! I had the Duffy cheeseburger and my friend had the Reuben sandwich. If you want to see your one of your favorite sport teams, I don’t think you’ll have problem since they have plenty of tvs and sports channels playing. We had great time and highly recommend it for the great food, staff and atmosphere.
