Absolutely delicious! The seafood rice and the fish and seafood soup are to die for! The staff was incredibly friendly. Will definitely go again next time we are in Miami!

Update, 2023: Came back after 7 years and I wasn't disappointed one bit. The food tasted as delicious as always. The Ceviche de Pescado was to die for. Their Lomo Saltado was perfection. It tasted like mom's cooking and it was a perfect dinner. Their flan, juice, papa a la huanacaina was as always perfect. 2016: Best ceviche of my life! The fried shrimps were also really good. And for appetizer, their Papa A La Huancaina was absolutely amazing. Their shakes and juices are very fresh and tasty. Definitely recommend everything on their menu!

Stopped in here last night based on family recommendation. The food was excellent. We ordered the octopus with olive, garlic fish and steak with egg, beans, rice and plantain. The octopus and the fish dishes were amazing. Not at all what we anticipated but so glad we chose them. The octopus is super tender with a nice salty addition from the olives that are blended into mayonnaise. Sounds weird but definitely works. The garlic fish dish came out swimming in some type of garlic sauce. Amazing flavor but bring breath mints. The garlic is very evident. The steak dish was good also but nothing spectacular. Cooked perfectly and all. The beans were seasoned extraordinarily well. This place is a must try.

Peru in Miami, Florida, presents a fantastic dinner experience. The restaurant captures the essence of Peruvian cuisine with a modern touch, offering a diverse menu featuring authentic flavors and beautifully presented dishes. The ambiance is inviting, combining contemporary design elements with a warm atmosphere. The service is often attentive, enhancing the overall dining pleasure. For those seeking an exquisite taste of Peru in Miami, Laboratorio Peru is a definite recommendation for a memorable dinner outing.

Clean cooking in a laid-back atmosphere. 10/10 - I recommend their Lomo Saltado, a stir fry with strips of sirloin mixed with onions, tomatoes, and french fries served with rice. Pair that with an Inca Cola (Peruvian soda that tastes like bubblegum). At least try it once! Good stuff: + Clean and relaxed. + Professional, friendly and attentive staff. + Quick food turnaround. + Staff patiently answered questions our group had. + Generous portions. Food presentation was great. Well executed clean flavors. + Price is reasonable for Miami/area. Bad stuff: None When I used to live near here, I visited once a month. Now whenever I travel to Miami I keep it on my shortlist of good, reliable places to eat and take out friends & family. Price-wise you’ll be paying city rates, but honestly I’d rather they keep delivering high-quality dishes than cave into cheaper prices with inferior ingredients. The service staff is really the cherry on top. Always friendly and attentive. Check it out!

Been coming here for years. Moved out of town and was on for a quick visit and decided to eat here again and it is still same as I left it!😅 great food I’m a hole in the wall type of place with great customer service. Portions are always extremely generous, and quality has not change. La mejor comida peruana en Miami. Definitivamente recomendable.

I’ve been to a lot of Peruvian restaurants and this is by far the best food I’ve ever had. My favorite dishes are the ceviche mixto (mild) which is descent size portion which can be shares by two. The steak arroz chaufa is also another dish which can be shared by two or even three people depending on how hungry you’re. Jalea is my favorite, this is also another dish that can be shared by two or three people. Make sure to give these dishes a try, also be aware that this place gets extremely busy and it can get cramped inside. Also, be patient since the service can take a bit of time but the food wont disappoint

This is a nice place to eat, prices are a little high but food is tasty. This place feels crowded, there is no room to stand up and move. Quick eat and leave kind of place, you could get the same food for a better price somewhere else. But food was good thats why I give it a 4 stars.
